The Wellbeing Project
If you are ready to change and be the person you want to be, this program is for you. I have developed a 90-day wellbeing program, including 12 weekly sessions with me.

Brainworking Recursive Therapy
A form of psychotherapy that drastically reduces the number of sessions for most issues. Introduced in 2013 by Terence Watts, proving to be a successful therapy that produces quick results.
